The spell creates a lightly obscured 20-foot radius stormy sphere of difficult terrain that blinds creatures within it. Each creature that starts its turn in the area takes 2d6 lightning damage. Creatures that end their turn in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d6 force damage on a failure.
