Components: VSM

Materials: a drop of water or focus

Duration: Concentration, up to 8 hours or until chanting finishes

Once the chanting begins, a gate to the elemental plane of water opens, allowing it to flow freely through the portal. 16 GPM travel through the portal.
This ritual requires at least 4 practitioners (6 are preferred) to start chanting together. Each additional member beyond the 4 up to the maximum of 10 will increase the size of the portal and there for the flow. Each additional caster increases the size of the gate.
