Roll your hit dice and regain hit points equal to the total plus your Constitution modifier. You cannot expend a hit dice with Crimson Shroud if knocked unconscious from the damage.
Crimson Shroud Awakened
When a character awakens Crimson Shroud, apply the following changes to the item's traits.
The cloak has 6 charges and it regains 1d4+2 expended charges daily at dawn.
When taking a long rest, regain a number of extra spent hit dice equal to your proficiency modifier.
You have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects while wearing this cloak.
Crimson Shroud Exalted
When the character exalts Crimson Shroud, apply the following changes to the item's traits.
The cloak has 10 charges and it regains 1d6+4 expended charges daily at dawn.
You can't be affected or detected by spells of 5th level or lower, unless you wish to be, while wearing this cloak.
