You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. While holding this weapon, you can cast the *jump* spell from it as a bonus action at will, but can target only yourself when you do so.  
Dragoon's Skyfall Awakened
When a character awakens the Dragoon's Skyfall, apply the following changes to the item's traits.  
  • The weapon's bonus to attack and damage rolls increases to +2.
  • When you take the attack action while falling from a great height, you can choose to perform a dive attack. The first attack you make deals an additional 1d8 damage for every 10 feet you fell this round, to a maximum of 10d8.
  • When you fall, you can choose to reduce any falling damage you take by an amount equal to four times your character level and not fall prone.
  • Dragoon's Skyfall Exalted
    When the character exalts the Dragoon's Skyfall, apply the following changes to the item's traits.  
  • The weapon's bonus to attack and damage rolls increases to +3.
  • Meteor Jump. As an action when falling from a great height you can smash into the ground with earth shattering force. Creatures within 20 feet of you must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your choice of your Strength or Dexterity modifier). On a failed save, a creature takes 1d10 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet you fell, to a maximum of 10d10, and is knocked prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and is not knocked prone. Additionally, the ground in that area becomes difficult terrain until cleared. Each 5-foot-square portion of the area requires at least 1 minute to clear by hand. Once you use Meteor Jump, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
