Shocking Heart

The heart of a creature attuned to the elemental plane of air, this item has all sorts of utilities. It can be applied to a shocking or shocking burst weapon to add an extra d6 of damage, and in the case of shocking burst add an additional d10 on critical hits.
 
It can be used as an alchemical spell components, giving any [electricity] classified spell the empowered effect.
 
For crafting, it can act as a substitute any [electricity] spell needed to craft an item. It can also be used in special crafting recipes for electricity themed items.
 
Shocking hearts emit electricity for a long time, and act as an unrechargable battery. This can be used to power certain techonlogical items and objects.
