Followers of the Enyll, goddess of Law and Civilization, Warrencrafter kobolds are masters of subterranean construction and navigation and often use their gifts to build underground structures underneath cities.   One of the fastest ways to tell if a city has a kobold population is simply to find out if it has a sewer system, as nearly every sewer system has been built by Warrencrafters. This is largely because it was the Warrencrafters that invented sewer systems in the first place. Combining both their desire to contribute to civilization and their innate skills and love towards digging and underground construction they have worked to put their invention in every city worth the name.   Beyond sewer systems, these kobolds have also built underground neighborhoods and underground transit systems and have even been known to build secret evacuation tunnels that even the city's officials are unaware of. In most major cities one can find underground neighborhoods where clans of these kobolds live, plan and test their new projects and designs.   In addition to rust-colored scales, Warrencrafter Kobolds also tend to have patches or patterns of gray scales or, in rare cases, are completely gray. Those that are fully gray are seen as chosen of Enyll and given notable amounts of respect and honor within their warrens.
