There is an ancient prophecy that predicts that magic will become unstable and chaotic until a secret group driving that change is defeated. If they are not defeated, magic may well become completely unusable.
Unfortunately, it appears that the first part of that prophecy is starting to happen.
May be invoked twice per Scene, no more than once per character, by any character making a Magic skill roll for a 2-shift boost to that roll.
May be compelled twice per Scene, no more than once per character, to impose 2 shifts worth of additional Requirements, Costs, or Side Effects on that effect's success.
