Hollowed
You see people as food as a hollow and are slowly driven to a maddening hunger the longer you do not eat and are driven to pure psychosis forcing you to eat out of your control. Must consume a substantial amount of a body such as all their blood and a KG of muscle or 100ml of bone marrow killing a person once per week (9 days) or your sanity drops by 2. Upon reaching zero you will go into full psychosis. Your sanity can not be mended by anything but the consumption of flesh, blood or bone marrow. You may feed more frequently on smaller amounts such as 250 ml of blood a day. Must consume fresh blood, flesh or bone marrow < 12 hours old.
