Winter’s Harvest

Weapon

Legendary Winter’s Harvest requires attunement by a creature favored by the Raven Queen herself

Finesse, Magical, Reach, Two-handed

Winter’s Harvest is a long and slender silver scythe which is a vestige of the Raven Queen. The weapon was made a few years into Dürthang as a means to fight the invading demon forces and especially Axindal, who is a mortal enemy of the Raven Queen. Her Black Talon at the time was given the weapon and wielded it throughout the calamity. It is unknown if Winter’s Harvest got the killing blow on Axindal since Black Talon fell in the battle, but it was essential to his defeat nonetheless.

The scythe is beautiful, slender, elegant and decorated with runes dedicated to her worship. It is entirely made from silver and has a light blue shine to it which is always present. The weapon oozes of cold air and it chills the area around itself. The weapon is a prefered weapon of the Raven Queen’s champions with the title of Black Talon, but has been wielded by others as well. The only prerequisite is that the Raven Queen must allow the wielder to use it; once bound, she has no control over the weapon, but her blessing favors whoever was granted the weapon until they die or the weapon is passed on to a new wielder.
