Starting Skill: Buried Elves begin with one rank in Vigilance. You still cannot train their Vigilance above rank 2 during character creation.   Echosight: Buried Elves may use Echosight as a free maneuver (still counts towards the max of two maneuvers a turn, but does not cause the cost of two strain), which reduces up to two setback dice imposed by darkness or any other visual impairment whether it’s magical or not.   Nimble: Buried Elves have a melee and ranged defense of 1
