You are a natural leader and have the ability to lead, support and inspire people. You can use this trait in every situation where you need to inspire or motivate people. The size of the crowd is largely irrelevant as long as they can hear you.

In battle the people on your side can use your leadership for their own combat rolls, as a morale bonus. This requires you to have inspired them ahead of time and that you spend one action every turn barking orders and supportive words.
