Multiattack. the Sex Slaver makes two melee attacks. Whip. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. hit: 1d6+5 Bludgeoning damage. Mortal Leverage. Melee Weapon Art: +9 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. hit: Target creature is Restrained and takes 2d4+5 Force damage per turn for as long as it is restrained.
Sex Slaver can continue to restrain the target creature for 3 turns. At the start of its turn, it can make a str save to escape. DC is what you rolled to hit.

Reactions

Restrained: A restrained creature's speed becomes 0, and it can't benefit from any bonus to its speed.
Attack rolls against the creature have advantage, and the creature's attack rolls have disadvantage.
The creature has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws.
The condition ends if the Restrainer is incapacitated (see the condition).
The condition also ends if an effect removes the restrained creature from Binding of Wrath's reach.
