Mana Flare (Recharge 5-6). The faerie dragon channels negative magical energy, damaging any spellcasters. Any creature that casts a spell while within 100 feet of the faerie dragon must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, they take 7 (2d6) 2d6 force damage per level of the spell cast, or half of the damage on a successful one. Cantrips count as a 1st level spell for this ability. While using this ability, the faerie dragon must maintain concentration as if concentrating on a spell and can't move, but it gains resistance to all damage while doing so.   Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8+2) 1d8+2 piercing damage.

Reactions

Phase Shift. When the faerie dragon takes damage, it becomes ethereal as per the ethereal spell. The faerie dragon can end this as a bonus action on its turn.

Magic Resistance. The faerie dragon has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
