Occult. You can use Wisdom as the modifier for this weapon.

Runic. You can use this item as a Spellcasting focus.

Spell Boon

Wabbajack. Once per day, you can cast a variant of Polymorph at 4th level without expending a spell slot.

This variant differs in that, the spell no longer requires concentration but only lasts for half an hour and the new form is a random creature of the same creature type whose challenge rating is equal to or less than the target’s (or the target’s level, if it doesn’t have a challenge rating).
