Multiattack. The Dracolich Husk makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 2d10+4 piercing damage plus 3 1d6 necrotic/poison damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 2d6+4 slashing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 13 [roll:2d8+4 bludgeoning damage.
Creating Rot Breath (Recharge 5–6). The Dracolich Husk exhales a cloud of death and decay in a 60-foot cone. The cloud persists in that space for 1 minute and can harm the Dracolich husk.
Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw, taking 14 4d6 necrotic/poison damage on a fail or half as much damage on a success. Failing this save also causes them to be exempt from the following effect until the end of their next turn.
Any creature that starts or ends its turn within the cloud must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or have their movement reduced by 5ft for 3 rounds and takes necrotic/poison damage equal to 10% of their original maximum hp.
