Spellcasting ability is both Int and Wis. Spell DC 28. Spell ATK +20. Valorfax has the following spells prepared:
Legendary Resistance(2/Day). If Valorfax fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
Limited Magic Immunity. Valorfax can't be affected or detected by spells of 6th level or lower unless they wish to be. They have advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.
Shielded Mind. Valorfax is immune to scrying and any effect which would sense their emotions, read their thoughts or detect their location.
Overbearing. All spells cast by her are treated as being 9 levels higher in regards to counter-spell.
Truth Seeker. Valorfax knows whether a creature is lying to them.
Drops the Time Staff and Tome of the Cosmos.
Will cast Arcane Gate, Plane Shift, and/or Teleport upon request. No cost to players but no round trips.
Multicast. casts 2 spells below 5th level or 1 spell above. Time Staff. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 18 3d6+8 Bludgeoning + 18 3d6+8 Psychic Damage. ZA WORLDO! Valorfax briefly stops the flow of time for everyone but themself. No time passes for other creatures, while they take 6 turns in a row, during which they can use actions and move as normal. This spell ends if they move to a place more than 1,000 feet from the location where they cast it.
Valorfax can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Valorfax regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Cantrip. Valorfax casts a cantrip.
Low spell. Valorfax casts a first level spell.
