Mama Tet's cigar must be smoked gain the desired benefit. The Cigar starts with 5 uses, and regains d3-1 uses at midnight should the user wish it. Once the Cigar failes to regain uses 3 times in a row, it will never again regain more uses. To gain a benefit, the user smokes the cigar for a number of rounds equal to the number of uses expended to gain the benefit.
