Marriage of King of the Morning Light Lucifer(24) to Dutchess Chloe(24)

After losing her husband, Duke Daniel in the Battle of Nations, Duchess Chloe is among the many grieving nobles who will flit in and out of the newly crowned King Lucifer's Lux Castle in the years to come. The monarch has sworn to look after the veterans and families of those who fought, possibly as a way of grieving for his own father, the late King Satan, who died in the same conflict.   Not to long after his coronation, there is a murder in Lux Castle, during the time Lady Chloe is visiting. She proves to be a brilliant mind, and helps the Royal guard solve the death. This will begin a long dance, and eventual courtship between her and the king as they get a feel for the other.   Despite the statue difference, Lucifer proposes anyway, at the encouragement of his mother, Queen Lilith - who has her own sorted affairs that has had the children of a Baron across the Sea to feel like family to Lucifer as he's grown up.   Chloe is hesitant to wed - a widow herself with her own child to care for, but seeing Lucifer care and interact with her daughter Beatrice, when he doesn't know she's watching, cements her feelings.
