Copper Street Solutions is a proxy company created by the Board of 'elusive conglomerate' in order to restart the war industry through the war, crime and conflict. In their effort to restart the War, Copper Street Solutions support those still Loyal to the Banshee Queen through a secret means, whenever by suppling them with weapons, materials or other goods
Furthermore the Solutions actively agitate the crime within the Orgrimmar to increase the nessecity for goods related to war. The crime which increase would also help in people losing faith in the current Horde government and instead turn back to the ideas of war. The Copper Street let anyone within the Horde or even on neutral standing with the Horde to join their ranks. Whenever they wish to earn their own coin or start the war anew, the coppers always flow.

How are we going to keep these margins going without a good war? This is a disaster.

Following the conclusion of the Fourth War in armstice, abandonment of Warchief position by Sylvanas and reformation of the Horde government many military-oriented buisnesses found themselves in a trouble. With the war-concluding treaty on the horizon, the new leadership decent-standing relationship with the Alliance and Gallywix being replaced by Gazlowe many of such buisnesses decided that they wouldn't go out so easily. Among them was an 'elusive conglomerate' with the loyalties to the Gallywix economic ideas.
Thus sponsors, investors, buisness owners and those loyal to Gallywix ideas of 'elusive conglomerate' gathered to form a new solution for a no-war problem. By funding the loyalists of Banshee Queen and keeping them alive they would eventually be able to restart the war and get back on buisness. Thus the Copper Street Solutions idea was born by minds of the Board of Shadowy Figuires from 'elusive conglomerate'.
Chosen for the task of being Copper Street Solutions Foreman was a mercenary capitan of conglomerate named Arnie. His capacities made him rise through ranks of the conglomerate until he was chosen to lead the newly formed company of the Copper Street Solutions by the Board not so long after the resolution of Fourth War.
In the beginning the company was working on a simple small jobs and swindling, establishing themselves in the city of Orgrimmar. As they grew in size they did the bounties on a various individuals, scavenged the ships only to sell their cargo and even trader spices with other organizations such as 'Ronin's.
