Bev'ragge

The Bev'ragge are drink themed people. They are scattered all over the continent and rank as the third lowest ethnicity in terms of population on The Continent of Frutuscore.

No one knows where they originated, but it is estimated that around 300BM some Bev'ragges made their way to The Continent of Frutuscore and established a small settlement in what is now the Amber Lake Nature Preserve.

They attempted to form a small nation on the southern side of the continent. Unfortunately for them however, it was right around the time of The Frutuscore War. Their nation was quickly destroyed and many of the Bev'ragges were slaughtered. Most of the nation's settlements have been lost to time, though one can find remnants of them while walking through the preserve.

The Bev'ragges who journeyed to Frutuscore have since changed throughout history, transitioning to represent more modern drinks and beverages. They are found all over the continent, but are most commonly located close to the southern shore.

Common Etiquette rules

Very graceful and refined. At a young age Bev'ragges are taught good manners and how to be polite. As a culture that was built on the foundations of art and beauty, their standards of etiquette were very high. This has since diminished slightly over time, though certain aspects can still be seen in society today.

Art & Architecture

Gorgeous paintings, alluring sculptures, and enchanting architecture make up their society. They have a passion to create stunning works of art for the world to see. Many Bev'ragges have gone on to become famous architects and sculptures for towns, kingdoms, and royalty. The most famous Bev'ragge is Ivy Voss, the royal painter of The Roripop Kingdom.

Ideals

Beauty Ideals

The Bev'ragge once had very high beauty standards, those who are highest in power deemed to be the most beautiful. Women would often wear elegant dresses and were seen as the gems of society.

This has changed over time of course, especially for the Bev'ragges who moved to Frutuscore. Many still thrive to remain graceful and sophisticated, though those ideals no longer dictate their society/ social status.
