Hank Hunk

Hank Hunk is a burly member of The Roripop Kingdom's Royal Guard. He may be big and intimidating but he's a softie at heart.

He's regarded as the "tank" of the crew, often protecting those around him. While he might not be the best fighter he can be found constantly training. He wants to be strong enough to protect those he holds dear. Mega chad.

Personal history

Hank doesn't like to talk about his past very much. This may be caused by trauma or the belief that hiding his emotions will make him appear stronger. From the few snippets of Hank's past he has revealed, the rest of the guard has put together a sound theory.

Sometime during his childhood his wagon was robbed on their way back from Fascal's night market. His parents may have been carrying goods from said market or were unfortunately chosen for a robbery. Hank's parents died during the incident, and it appears Hank blames himself for their deaths.

From there, Hank attended Duke Klondike's Knight Academy. It's unclear where he got the funds for this, but it's believed he raised himself from there on out.

Since joining the guard, one might say he's learned to let his guard down a little. While he remains quiet most of the time, it is said he has a charismatic and funny personality when he lets it shine through. Most of the time though he's on alert, always watching out for potential dangers.

Mental Trauma

At a young age Hank's parents were killed during a wagon robbery. He hasn't moved on since and blames himself for their deaths.

The recent ambush by The Chosen while traveling to The Bling Island Reserve left many knights dead and there's no doubt Hank blames himself for some of these deaths too.

He's not too bright but he can be hella charming.

Motivation

To protect his friends and, hopefully, track down the bandit responsible for his parent's deaths. A cloak and the shadow of night may have shrouded the figure, but their first words still haunt Hank to this day. "Well, well, well. What have we here?"
