Josef Agner resides in The Roripop Kingdom and is one of the four caretakers of The Roost. He's a full time actor extraordinaire, often teaching the children how to sing, dance, and perform. They then put on a show for the other children every few weeks or so.

Personal history
Josef grew up in one of the many nations in Fascal. He was a mischievous little kid, playing pranks on the locals with his friends and often getting into hi jinx. But Josef's world would change when, on his 10th birthday, his parents gave him a lute.
His parents owned a carpentry shop, one day hoping that Josef would inherit it and continue the family business. But giving Josef that lute would prove to be the end of that dream. He fell in love with the performing arts where he could be the center of attention. The town loved him.
Despite his parent's pleas to stay, Josef left the town around the age of 23 to travel the continent and become a traveling bard. He wanted to see the world and its people and become rich and famous.
It... kind of worked out? He was really good and crowds would gather wherever he played, but he never really became world famous. He wasn't making quite enough to make a living off of, so using his performing arts, he started to pick up swindling and pickpocketing. Such is the life of a traveling bard.
Eventually Josef made his way to The Roripop Kingdom. He heard it was swimming with rich folk and planned to fill his pockets before heading further east.
While walking through the outskirts of the kingdom he came across his first victim. A burly farmer with short golden hair. Josef found him to be quite attractive, but that wouldn't distract him from what he came here to do.
Josef turned on his charm and used the good ol' lost samaritan technique to try and distract the man while he pickpocketed him. But, it didn't have the effect Josef wanted. in fact, it didn't work at all! He wasn't distracted nor paying any attention to him at all. The man seemed unaffected by Josef's charm! To his smolder!! Josef tried a few more techniques, even casually flirting. Anything that would evoke SOME kind of reaction. But no.
The two of them chatted for a bit & the man introduced himself as Stuart Curtis. Josef stayed in the kingdom longer than he intended to, not even trying to swindle anyone else. He spent his time trying to think of some way to win over Curtis. The fact that he was unaffected by his charm drew him crazy.
The two of them hung out more and more, Josef eventually meeting Myrtil Maderia and Ferrara Pan. We all know how this story ends ;)
But to this day, Josef has yet to fully seduce/ fluster Curtis. On the other hand, Curtis making any sort of move on Josef extremely flusters him.
Josef now resides in The Roost, teaching kids about the art of performace.
