A member of Agarius Capp's bandit gang. He was found near the The Candy Virus Border Project lab located in Lukemire. Agarius received a tip that there would be valuable supplies there and sent some of his crew to go and investigate. They never returned however, and Swiss was the only bandit member found.

According to him, he was investigating with his crew when suddenly he heard a scream from outside the lab. He went to investigate, then everything went dark and he was suddenly turned into a bush. He was trapped within the bush for about a week.
