Gregæri

The most basic of Mimics, the Gregæri are creatures that take the form of items that they know sentient species are prone to approach and attempt to touch. Nicknamed "Greed Mimics" or "Greedies" for their propensity to take the form of chests of gold, or sacks of treasure. They can take other less glamorous forms as needed, such as a bar of soap or a toilet, but in general stick to items that will ensure maximum feeding, by preying upon sentient species greed.
