6th Ring

The largest ring of Atlantis consists of the homes of most of the citizens.

Architecture

The majority of the sixth ring is housing ranging from average family homes nearer to the city center to large apartment blocks towards the city edge and the docks.
The typical atlantian home is fifty percent submerged, more often a four story structure with the top to floors above water and the bottom two underwater. Modern Atlantian's prefer to have the sleeping and living areas underwater wheras the Ancient Atlantean tend more to making their bedrooms above water.
A typical home will have 3 doors, an above water front door, an above water back door and a below water door (usualy called the Sea door)
