The Dandy

The Dandy was one of the individuals prominent in the return of Atlantis and the defeat of the V'sori back in 2005.
Once a Fashion student at University a freak accident granted him control over Fabric. He created the persona of The Dandy and infiltrated Dr Destruction's Ω organisation.
As The Dandy he used his powers to disable assailants and to get his allies out of tight spots.
During the fight against the V'sori he met and fell in love with Jenny Sparks and following the success of the rebellion the two spent several years attempting to arrange a wedding which was thwarted by super powered shenanigans time and time again.
Shortly after the V'sori were defeated he adopted the daughter/clone of an old friend of his that had died.
Today The Dandy is a fashion designer and cultural attache to Queen Jana.

Personality

The Dandy is energetic fun loving and always up for trying things.
As a parent he is enthusiastic about near enough anything his daughter might do. (Think Mase Hughs from FMA) He could be reasonably described as a helicopter parent.
