Northern Alliance
A mutual defense treaty initially signed by the Kingdom of Beachia and the Duchy of Oxbreakia upon the marriage of Ellen of Draliato King Sebastian IX, and then joined by the Sprinian Leagueand Principality of Baman
Structure
The Alliance Council consists of 1 civilian member from each member state's government. The Chairmanship of the Council rotates between each member on a biennial basis, and is currently headed by Semer Pammo of Baman
Military
Each member nation is pledged to mutual defense of the other members if attacked within its borders or territorial waters, provided that no member state conduct offensive actions against any other nation within its territorial jurisdiction.
The principal diplomatic tension among the various member states is Beachia's insistence that the Sesun islands of Shriaand Gulbistan are still part of its territory.
Trade & Transport
Member states agree to duty-free imports of each other's goods, as well as sale of arms to each others' militaries.
