Osera Teráka
She Who Wades In Blood
"That woman is not a person, an animal, or even a monster. She is a thing. A thing pretending to be human that crawled out from some dark corner of the universe one day." - Lucian Mors
Abilities
Osera is the most powerful and frightening blood mage in the known world, and though it is believed her magical power is slightly less than the other Immortals, she more than makes up for it by being the most ruthlessly skilled warrior in The Republic. Her skills, coupled with the fact that she knows of a way to bestow some form of gruesome immortality to others so they can be brutally punished forever, she is the Immortal's chosen enforcer used to frighten and cast judgement on those who have broken major laws.Appearance
Despite her reputation, Osera is potentially the most "normal" looking of the currently active Immortals. She is a human woman with extremely pale skin and dark, blood red hair. She is eternally clothed in black armour, and has never been seen without her twin scimitars at her side.Personality
Barely speaking unless it is to cast judgement or demand answers, Osera has a frightening aura surrounding her at all times causing all but other Immortals to avoid her direct gaze. As such the only indicators of who she is as a person rest in her work, and her work implies the heart of a monster. Those who transgress her judgement are gutted and beheaded with violence enough to surprise Kanzu himself, and yet are cursed to never die from these wounds. They are kept alive by her magic and forced to feel naught but agony as their heads and organs sit on spikes being poked at by scavengers, regenerating the pieces that are eaten each day for far too many painful years.History
Demon Siege of Acidon
In a small city at the edge of The Republic, cultists opened a portal to the Underworld and released untold numbers of nightmarish demons upon the populous. Thankfully heroes intervened and saved the city quickly, for it is rumoured that, had they not, Osera would have wiped it off the map to protect the rest of The Republic, regardless of how many innocents were still within. Eyewitnesses also claim that when she arrived to judge those deemed at least partially responsible for the events, she pulled a vampire into the full light of The Sun and he did not burn, leaving many to wonder if her immortality curse is greater than the power of the Gods themselves.
