The Palace in the Sky's doors open to the King of Palnos. Its weather device is broken, sending a hurricane towards Olsíri below, and Telío Alori accuses Katarn of conspiring with Détras to destroy the Capital.

Far above the city of Olsíri, the Palace in the Sky has its doors opened by King Eurykles of Détras. Someone then tampers with the famed Weather Device, sending a hurricane to the Capital. While some gathered to deal with the hurricane, investigators found Telío Alori above the corpse of Eurykles and Prótan priests, stating that Katarn and Détras conspired to steal a powerful artifact and ruin Olsíri.
