Hova are nomadic gatherers from W'en Yah. They usually herd and protect Negh'eh as a source of wool and milk and often have a few Ist around as pets or helpers. They are peaceful nomadic tribes that once roamed all over W'en Yah but have been pushed into Vent'l'lenro by the Oth.
