Terren Fertile

Apart from being the largest continent on Ersha, Terren Fertile is famous for many things. The most celebrated are the 'Terren Outlook' and Hetti.   The Terren Outlook is a Terren philosophy that you can do or be anything if you put your mind to it.
If you work your ass off you can do anything! You can be president! You can go to space! You can start a revolution! Usurp the regime! Change the world!
What? That's impossible? No, you are!

History of Terren

Terren has a long history of warfare and bad blood between the races. The first two groups of Oth people to settle there were the Cayni who settled in the north and the Feldien in the south. The two groups fought for control of the center of the lang mass were the best resources were located.
The Cayni had the advantage of the Hetti and the Feldien had the advantage of warmer climates.
Both considered themselves superior to all others, part of why they migrated there from Othja (now Shallen) in the first place.   While the Cayni and Feldien warred in the middle a third group, the Psitt, settled in the southern most tip.

West Coast- During the Age of exploration masses of Oth people from Shallen made their way over to Terren. This event ended most of the warring between the two groups, who instead banded together to enslave the newcomers. This attracted many Cayni or Feldien from Shallen, who wanted a better life. Many were treated like royalty and welcomed into the already established Terren stronghold. Piracy was a big problem as non- Cayni and Feldien Othja tried to fight the established rule by stealing supplies before they could arrive. Anyone suspected of being a pirate was hung, and anyone fighting the power was 'suspected of piracy'.
Middle - The warring in the middle of the country didn't stop as the west coast was becoming powerful, in fact it got even worse.
