Irico, at 44, is a paradox: grumpy yet surprisingly agreeable. Ze once enjoyed life as an Extractor on Areu, but life took a harsh turn during the Attack 01-09-3024 of Nessa Tower, where ze lost a leg and an eye. Now living on The Station with disability, Irico faces the world with a more jaded outlook, often keeping to zerself despite zirs generally pleasant demeanor when interacting with others.

Friends

Surprisingly, for being so grumpy, Irico has several friends. The ones ze mostly hangs around with is a loose friend group of about 5 people. This group consists of a couple of Irico’s childhood friends and old co-workers, they usually hang out in tea houses, at bathhouses, at sport centers and at arcades.
Khidell works as an entertainment company manger and is a childhood friend of Irico. They used to play sports together as children.
Leean works as an Enforcer and is also a childhood friend, Irico, Khidell and Leean used to play sports together.
Nieven used to be a lieutenant in the Extractors. He is now retired because he lost a part of his arm. He has just started dating Khidell.
Vir another retired Extractor. That now works as teacher at the Enforcer academy. Irico met this person when ze was sent back to The Station. They have been retired for about 4 years longer than Irico and Nieven.
Lhoris works as a streamer, another one of Irico's childhood friends. This was Irico's best friend as kid and they still considers themselves best friends. They used to pretend to be voice actors and watch a lot of animated movies and TV shows together.

Irico was born into a family of a government employee and a mechanic. Ze has 4 siblings who are all married and have their own children.
Irico’s parents are a Dragon and a Spectera. Irico is a dragon and 2 of their siblings are clutch mates. The other 2 siblings were born and conceived as spectera, these two are the older siblings. Dragons can produce children with any species in existence.
Irico’s parents and siblings are disappointed that ze hasn’t married or gotten children, or even been dating anyone. But they figure that because of zirs free spirit ze is a lost cause in that department. They do worry about zim, especially now.
Irico has two nieces and one nibbling from one of zirs clutch mates and one nibbling from zirs other. While zirs two spectera siblings have four and two children respectively. Ze’s nieces and nephews didn’t know zim at all until ze returned from Areu around 3 years ago. They hadn’t met as the few times that Irico visited The Station they stayed over with friends. Now ze spends as much time as ze can with them.

Irico is a bronze dragon. Ze has shoulder length long black hair with a sidecut. Ze usually also have some of zirs hair braided with beads. While dragons usually keep their hair long because it grows like weed, Extractors shave their head once a week. Since coming back to The Station Irico has kept up that tradition visits a hairdresser once a week.
Irico used to be slightly taller than an average dragon but now when ze have to wear a prosthetic to get around ze keeps to an average hight just because it’s easier. Like some dragons Irico keep their horns hidden sometimes, but not all the time because ze did enjoy decorating them when ze had the time. Now that’s harder to do. Zirs horns are of the common variety and as is also common they are also a slightly darker color than their skin tone.
Baggy t-shirt with a colorful print and tight pants that ended just below the knee used to be zirs go to clothes. Irico still wears zirs old pants sometimes but now it’s usually harem cut pants to hide zirs prostatic leg because ze doesn’t want to talk about it. Ze prefer their t-shirts to be black with the print colorful, but ze has been seen in t-shirts will all-over-prints as well. These are usually colorful or different shades of one color. The pants are also usually black but can sometimes have patterns or prints. The t-shirt is usually completely black then.

Irico is an ambivert. Ze enjoys and gather energy by spending time with people but they can also do that by spending time alone. Sometimes that’s something that ze has to do to feel centered.
Ze is strong willed and free-spirited. As a child ze had a big goal in mind but when ze learned that they might never be able to achieve that goal they wondered what the point of anything was. Being lost they ended up as an extractor where their new goal was survival, a supposedly simple goal.

Irico didn’t have many hobbies before. Ze usually did what zirs friends wanted to do. Now ze enjoys spending time in zirs garden and have also found out that they enjoy watching entertainers online.

Irico is a side character in all stories taking place in the world of Reki. Ze is also the main character in their own story. It doesn't have a name so far but it's a mystery romance...either light novel or visual novel, haven't decided yet.
