Is there any way to set 'Send update to Discord' as the default?

I would be interested in knowing this as well

I had actually just asked a similar question in discord, but the response was that it wasn't possible right now due to the auto-save functionality (it would constantly be sending updates everytime it auto-saves)

Yeah, I talked about it with my table and they had the same response. The way it is now makes more sense and I've gotten used to only using it when I want to bring things to my players attention.
