Paul Serene

A Riverport native, Paul was a familiar face at the Joyce household growing up. He was particularly close with Jack, who was in the same year of school. When Jack moved to Asia, they stayed in close contact.
In 2010, Paul took over Project Promenade, an ambitious Riverport University project to build a time machine. After Henry Kim, Promenade's head scientist, died suddenly, Paul recruited Will Joyce to take Kim's place, but Will proved paranoid and difficult to work with.

The visionary living in the shadows. The founder of Monarch Solutions, Paul has spent much of his life purposely out of the spotlight.He comes off as somehow extremely creepy and borderline inhuman. He is quite interested in our party for unstated reasons.
