Lord Valhenry

Lord Togar Velhenry is a Black Dragonborn and ruler of the small region around the River Tempest called Whisper moat. He rules his land from his manor, Velhenry Manors. Lately he has stayed out of the affairs of the two settlements within his domain.
Appearance. Togar's clothing is the height of extravagance - the finest silks, furs, and jewelry. He has lustrous black scales and silver eyes. His head is topped with a prominent spiny frill. He is 75 years old (elderly), stands almost 200 cm and is well muscled.
Personality. He takes his responsibilities seriously and believes it is important to excel at something. He believes he is more important than everyone else. He prays to the god of family and honor, and his alignment is lawful evil (LE).
Adventure Hook. He has made a terrible mistake, but doesn't know how to make it right.
