The Slums

The slums are on city's far eastern fringe along the coast. All buildings are in disrepair and a proper window is considered a great luxury. The night smog is especially thick here and the smell of rotting vegetation blowing in from the neighboring marsh prevails everything.
Black Fist patrols are seldom seen in the Slums, they let the inhabitants settle their own disputes. Only a fool would walk through the district without proper precautions.
