Cyril Sheeta

Cyril is a crime boss located on the Tatooine moon, Guermessa. He has controls much of the buying and selling of any type of goods in the settlements on this moon, exercising influence from behind the scenes through parent corporations and limited liability company shells. He overtly threatens and extrots local business owners with the many thugs, mercenaries and hit men he has in his employ. He seems to be focused on running his organization like a business, and less concerned with gaining power for its own sake. Because of this he has been known to be quite charitable at times, though only when it furthers his own goals and resources. The local authorities know of him, but have not been able to shut down his operations due to lack of man power and evidence of malfeasance.
