Susan
Susan was a demon which the party encountered in the Bad Place. Disguised as a Good Place Architect who took the form of an older woman with horn-rimmed glasses, Susan presented a warm, kindly exterior to the Contestants to hide her true intentions -- to torture the party with a subtly warped version of paradise. Susan's master plan was ultimately foiled, though, when shortly after Darius had been tricked into giving away his son Alfonso, the NS5 came to the realisation that the party was being tortured and alerted its fellow Contestants to this. Susan intended to reset the Bad Place neighborhood so she could try again, but the party escaped along with the demon Screams Against Someone's Else's Cage and Janet before this could happen.
