The Jade Pillars of the Nine Heavens
-
If one were to travel from the west to the easternmost part of the known world, you would inevitably see the Jade Pillars.
Rising out of the ocean in the dozens and spreading for miles, they create a natural series of canals that can be large enough for ships of the line to sail through, or so small that even a canoe would struggle to pass through, these pillars get their name from the large amount of actual jade and Aether Crystal aspected towards nature and thus green, that provide the makeup for much of the pillars.
People have lived directly on, in, atop, and between the pillars for centuries, leading to thriving conclaves of fishermen, artisans, farmers, and carvers throughout and constructing suspended bridge cities to keep themselves connected.
