Demon Barry's Mercenaries

Structure
Demon Barry's is a flat organization. It is run by the diminutive demon Barreruuk, and they all work for him. When he sends some out on a contract, he assigns a warparty leader and that's that.
Some warparty leaders are more successful than others but he makes sure to assign new teams every time, in order to ensure everyone is more loyal to him than to anyone else.
Culture
The demons enjoy Rifts Earth. The ley line energy is ambrosia for them and the non-stop requests for violent employment sate their bloodlust well. Any crew not actively contracted somewhere are sent to blood themselves upon the Pawnee to the south, Tolkeen to the east, or the Xiticix to the north.
Demon Barry cares not for the survival of his demons. He does care about successful completion of their contracts, however; and has impressed upon them all that they would prefer dying trying to complete a contract than suffer the consequences of failure. They are convinced.
Public Agenda
Demon Berry has but three goals. Create strife, kill mortals, remain in charge. Not necessarily in that order.

Thousands of demons, with a steady influx coming from The Glow.
Nearly a thousand Brodkil. These are the primary foot soldiers. Intelligent, technologically savvy, and easy to control (by comparison).

No Baal-rog or other powerful demon survives passage through Fiskrakroloss's domain out of The Glow.
History
As the demon hordes emigrated from Hades to The Glow, Fiskrakroloss killed any demon lords who went through the rift. After the strongest and most overconfident tried to lead the hordes through, Barreruuk was forced to make the attempt. He slipped past the notice of Fisk and has eagerly accumulated power since, collecting all the wandering demons under his own banner.
When the group numbered over a thousand, many of its neighbors started to take notice. Then his demon horde attacked the Pawnee in a failed attempt to wipe them out. If not for the humans' unexpected alliance with the Simvan, it would have succeeded. Bloodied, weakened and now threatened with annihilation themsleves, Barreruuk and his demon horde resorted to marketing. He is a clever demon. Advertising themselves as Demon Barry's Mercenaries, they were able to sign several lucrative and successful contracts with Tolkeen. Soon, they were getting contracts with patrons as far away as The Federation of Magic and Atlantis; and strengthened by their steady stream of reinforcements from The Glow, they soon became one of the most well known mercenary groups in North America.
