One One
It was actually given the name One Won, but over the past 60 years, it's name has been phonetically transcribed and universally accepted to be one-one.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
It is a battle standard and is quite heavy since it is constructed primarily of bronze and Mageiron alloys.
The battle standard will drain the life force of any and all creatures within 10 meters in order to heal the wielder and power the wielder's spells and abilities. It does not discriminate between friendlies, allies or enemies when it selects targets for life draining. In game mechanics, it performs automatic soak rolls when the wielder is attacked and should the wielder suffer a wound it provides an arcane heal at the start of the wielder's next turn. It will also provide any power points the wielder needs to use. The standard will only provide these benefits if there is adequate supply of life force (PPE or ISP) within 10 meters, otherwise it is just an inert standard. The wielder must also hold it in order for it to work. It may act any number of times per turn to soak and siphon, but it only performs one heal per turn.
Significance
Created by a High Magus during the early wars between The Federation of Magic and Chi Town, it earned its name during the battle of Rock Cave. It was wielded by a necromancer in that battle who made a last stand in rock cave. A horde of her undead minions behind her, she was able to fend off nearly a hundred coalition soldiers before they finally withdrew, relinquishing the battlefield to her alone. After the horrendous losses and inability of the human soldiers to overcome the power of the standard in this battle and several subsequent battles, the newly-formed Coalition States began developing what would later be called skelebots, which were immune to its life-draining powers.
The standard was eventually captured by the coalition but was lost when the convoy taking it to the vaults of Chi Town was ambushed. It has since shown up in numerous battles across North America since; battles notable for ending in heroic last stands by someone wielding the standard.
