The Crow Man
He calls himself Robert Frost. People call him "The Crow Man" because he perpetually has a crow with him that merrily dances between his shoulder, his hat, and his wrist.
He calls the crow "Poe"
Physical Description
Apparel & Accessories
The men who play the role of Robert Frost wear a top hat and long black cloak, with a filtermask of the kind worn by Ley Line Walkers. They each travel with a crow. There are always more than one Crow Man active at any time, each in his own section of the 'burbs so they aren't ever seen at the same place at the same time. One of them travels with Edgar Allen in the guise as "Poe" the crow instead of a normal crow, but otherwise they are all alike.
Mental characteristics
Employment
Robert Frost is a fake name given to men in the employ of Vincent Millay. Even St. Vincent does not know who is currently playing the part at any time.
There are several nondescript hideouts, stronghouses, and fronts around the burbs where men are paid to stand watch for the organization. When a crow flies into one of these places, they know that is the cue for one of the men to don the garb of Robert Frost (a.k.a. the Crow Man) and wander about their area of the town to run whatever errands they need to for a few hours. If Edgar Allen comes to one of the locations in his disguise as "Poe" the crow instead of a regular crow, then the man's job is to follow Poe's instructions, but otherwise act the same as if it were any normal crow. The men playing the part of Robert Frost know the talking crow only as "Poe." While they may suspect that it is someone in disguise, they really don't know whether it is or not. There is no mention of the name "Edgar Allen."
Accomplishments & Achievements
Because of the triple-blind nature of their disguise, no one has been able to trace him or Edgar Allen to Nancy Boyd in the five years he has been maintaining this charade.
Social
Contacts & Relations
In his persona, he works independently as a recluse tinkerer. This assists the perception that he is a Technowizard in hiding. Actually, he works for Nancy Boyd.
Speech
Because of his filter mask, his voice has a modulated sound. (Note: this enables multiple people playing the role to all have the same voice) The mask also aids in establishing the persona as an arcane user, because of the stereotypes of using masks associated with Ley Line Sickness.
Children
Character Prototype
Each person who plays Robert Frost brings his own personality and characterization to the role. One characterization they are all asked to portray is that they are to speak with their crow as they go about their way.
