Trollskull Manor

This once-illustrious tavern sticks out like a sore thumb among the well-maintained buildings surrounding it. Four stories tall and boasting balconies, a turret, and five chimneys, the abandoned building was once one of the grandest in Trollskull Alley. The double doors on the western terrace of the building are heavily chained and a padlock dangles from the iron handles. Over the front door, a rusted iron sign post is mounted, although one of the chains of the sign has come loose and it now hangs precariously.
The interior rooms aren't in much better shape, with vermin, holes in the roof, broken windows, and rotted floorboards being just some of the problems.
Trollskull Manor is haunted by Leif, a poltergeist who may have been a previous owner or bartender.
With the help of Twit, the party has begun cleaning up the place.
