Calling Upon the corrupted energies of The Otherworld, you conjure up an Orb of black flame and launch it at a point within range. Every creature within 5ft. of that point has to succeed on a dexterity saving throw, taking 1d8 points of Fire damage on a fail and none on a success. A creature dealt damage by this spell cannot regain hit points until the end of your next turn.   This spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
