Exsanguinate

Blood-Magic Level 1 Spell:
Casting Time: 1 Action
Range: 30ft.
Components: V
Duration: Instantaneous
You command the blood of a creature within range to leave its body in the quickest way possible, causing great harm as blood bursts from all its orifices. The creature has to make a Charisma saving throw, taking 3d8 points of necrotic damage on a failed safe and half as much on a successful one. A creature that fails this saving throw by 5 or more takes 1 level of exhaustion, and if a creature dies as a result of this damage its heart explodes.
A creature that has no blood is unaffected by this spell, as are creatures that are immune to being charmed. A creature resistant to charm effects has advantage on this saving throw.   At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 1st.
