The Garuda Highlands

The Garuda Highlands are the largest mountain-range of southern Kashura, and are said to be the place where Garuda, the primordial Titan of Air resides. The highest peaks of these cold, glacial mountains are said to be covered by a perpetual storm, and home to some of the most dangerous creatures in all of Kashura: Birds as tall as buildings, giant men that build their homes in the icy glaciers, wandering mountains and manifestations of elemental winds among them.
