The Gilded Sea

The Gilded Sea is the largest inland sea on all of Kashura and lies at the center of Upper Zagesi, as well as the north of Lower Zagesi. Its tides and weather patterns are a lot tamer and more predictable than those of other bodies of water of comparable size, making it particularly well suited to civilization building. It is a vital lifeline of Kashura, connecting the far north and west all the way to The Conflux Sea in the southeast, providing easy transport and fertile grounds through its vast and numerous river systems.
