The Icewind Gulf

Despite its name, The Icewind Gulf is probably one of the mildest areas of the region it is located in, The Northern Wilds of The Devoj Wilderness.
This has made it the center of settled Zoryavela (see: The Elven Strain) Culture, as all of their major population centers can be found along its shores.
