The Northwind Pass

The Northwind Pass is a mountain-pass crossing between the northernmost parts of The Worldspine and The Auroras, far in the north of Griselderyn. While it is much shorter than Higurds pass, its southern contemporary, it is also much more dangerous. As the name suggests it is extremely windy, and while blizzards and avalanches are a problem no matter where they occur, they get even more dangerous when one is traveling on narrow paths with unsure footing.
