An Axe to Grind

An Axe to Grind is the blacksmiths shop in Tartaran. Lloyd Halbur is the owner of this shop however, Korg is the one that runs it. Korg crafts the weapons and armor for the town guard and sells surplus equipment to traveling merchants and towns people looking to defend themselves outside of the walls.

Purpose / Function

An Axe to Grind provides Tartarans town guard with weapons and armor. The shops also sells surplus equipment to merchants for re-sell further north in Berghest. The people of Tartaran sometimes come here for simple weapons to defend themselves against creatures while outside of the walls.

Architecture

This is a stone building with wooden foundation. The shingling is a dark red oak atop an A-frame roof. Holes in the stone walls function as windows with thick wooden shutters to keep out the cold. A dark red oak door with a curved top sits underneath a stone archway.
